Information you choose to share
Quote requests ask for your chosen categories, job description, postcode, preferred timing and contact details. Optional job photographs are attached to the enquiry email and are not published or stored in a public website folder. Please avoid including people, personal documents or valuables in your photos. The contact form asks for the details needed to reply. Please do not include access codes, financial details or unrelated sensitive information.
How requests are handled
Quote requests and contact enquiries are sent to support@6facesinc.com, the enquiry-handling mailbox used for this website, so the team can assess the work, respond and arrange agreed services. If the optional private booking inbox is enabled, booking requests are also stored there. Necessary information may be shared with the person assigned to the job. We do not use this form to subscribe you to marketing.
WhatsApp and maps
If you choose WhatsApp, the request is prepared for you to review and send through that service. WhatsApp applies its own privacy terms. Google Maps is loaded only when you press “Load map”; Google then receives information such as your IP address.
Keeping and managing information
Enquiries are kept while they are needed for the request and related business records. Contact Home Property Services on 07982 806186 to ask about the information held, request a correction or discuss deletion. Some records may need to be retained for the completed work.
Website storage
The public website does not use advertising or analytics trackers. The booking and contact services use a session cookie for form security and duplicate-send prevention. The booking form does not save your address or contact details to your browser’s local storage.
