Your questions
It is the starting price for a typical London property of that size in reasonable condition, with standard ceiling heights. Larger rooms, high ceilings, heavy preparation or dark colour changes can add to the price – we always confirm a fixed figure first.
Yes – trade-quality emulsion in your chosen colours (standard ranges), fillers, caulk, protection sheets and tape are included in painting packages. Premium paints such as Farrow & Ball or Little Greene can be supplied at cost.
Absolutely. Tell us your budget on the quote form and we will suggest what can be done for it – for example, prioritising the rooms that matter most, or phasing the work.
No – all package, extra and estimate prices on this website exclude VAT, which is added at the standard rate (currently 20%) where applicable. Your written quote shows the VAT and the total clearly.
Only after you approve your written quote. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through a secure Stripe payment link we send you, or by bank transfer using the details on your invoice. A deposit may be requested for larger jobs.
No. Quotes and surveys are free and there is no obligation. No payment is taken through this website.
It depends on the season and size of job, but smaller packages can often start within a week or two. Let us know your ideal dates on the form.
Yes – the Landlord Turnaround package is designed for void periods, and we can coordinate with tenants and agents for access and keys.
All prices are “from” guide prices for typical London properties (inside the M25) in reasonable condition. All prices exclude VAT. Packages include labour and the standard materials listed. Final prices are confirmed in writing after a free survey or photo review and before any work begins. Offers may change; the price on your written quote is the price you pay for the agreed scope.
