Tell us about parking, stairs, lifts and entry arrangements. Clear a suitable working area and discuss anything that needs protection or moving before work starts.

Products and specialist work

Supply product details and instructions where relevant. Electrical, structural, plumbing and other specialist work is assessed for suitability and the appropriate trade requirements.

People, pets and permissions

Tell us about access needs and pets, and arrange any landlord or building-management permissions. If your property requires specific identity, insurance or vetting documents, ask us before confirming the visit.

Materials and waste

Agree materials, packaging and waste arrangements before work begins. Disposal is not automatically included in a service request.
