The date and time you select are preferences. A booking is confirmed only after Home Property Services agrees the work, availability and price with you.
Quotes and changes
The written quotation or job agreement sets out the scope, materials, price, payment arrangements and any specific conditions. Tell us about changes before the visit so they can be assessed and agreed.
Access, materials and permission
Make suitable access available and ensure any agreed products have arrived. You are responsible for obtaining any landlord, owner or building-management permission needed for the requested work.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. Any job-specific cancellation arrangements will be provided before you agree the work. Nothing on this page is intended to remove rights that apply to you.
